Spanish players refuse to stop celebrating Euro 2008

Remember Euro 2008? It was brilliant - England weren’t there, Holland were great, Russia were tremendous, but it was Spain who won the thing. They were the best. Really good. So good that they’re still celebrating, even though the full time whistle went exactly a million hours ago.

While the rest of the world’s footballers have returned to their clubs to apologise for becoming fat over the last month and get themselves back into the gym, Spain’s finest - Torres, Silva, Fabregas - have been touring Madrid’s many nightclubs, still in their kit, to drink the bar dry.
